Office dashboard
Signing in to the office dashboard
Open seaready.net/shore and sign in with the company licence key: a 12-hour session, no separate accounts, and where the key comes from.

What it is for
The office dashboard at seaready.net/shore is where a ship manager in the company office sees how ready every licensed ship is for its next inspection. Before anything is shown, the office signs in with the company licence key.
There are no separate shore accounts, no user names and no passwords. The licence key is the sign-in. SeaReady keeps only a fingerprint of the key, never the key itself, so nobody at SeaReady can read it back to you if it is lost.
Who can use it
Anyone in the company office who holds the company licence key. A ship licence is needed: the dashboard only exists for companies that have licensed one or more ships.
Step by step
- Open seaready.net/shore in a browser. You see the "Shore office sign-in" panel.
- Type or paste the key into the "Company licence key" box (the box shows the example "SRK1.…"). The "Sign in" button stays grey until at least 20 characters are typed.
- Tap "Sign in" (or press Enter). The button shows "Checking…" while the key is verified, then the Fleet tab opens.
- When you have finished, tap "Sign out" at the top right. Otherwise the session ends by itself after 12 hours and you sign in again.
- To go back to the public website at any time, tap the "Website" button above the panel.
Tips
- The key comes from seaready.net/company: after payment it is shown once on screen and e-mailed to the contact address the company gave. For a licence arranged directly with SeaReady, the key is sent by SeaReady.
- Keep the full key somewhere safe, for example in the company password manager. Under the Fleet tab the dashboard reminds you which key you used by its last few characters only.
- Lost the key? Use "Contact us" on the website. SeaReady checks who you are and helps you replace it.
- The same key also signs you in to the "Company view" box on seaready.net/company, which lists your ships and has a button to open the dashboard.
Limits and good to know
- A session lasts 12 hours. If SeaReady revokes the key (for example after a replacement), the session ends at once.
- Sign-in is limited to 10 attempts an hour from one network. After that the screen says "Too many attempts — try again later."
- The dashboard needs internet; nothing is stored on your computer.
- The key is a fingerprint on our side: if it is lost, it cannot be shown again, only replaced.
