Master’s crew board (checklists)
For the Master: every ship checklist with last done, by whom, next due and open failed items, and each person’s records and signatures.

What it is for
The Master’s crew board shows, for the ship’s checklists, who did what and what is late: by checklist (last done, by whom, next due, overdue, failed items without a finding, findings raised) and by person (records and signatures in the last 7, 30 and 90 days, and what is overdue for their rank).
Who can use it
The ship’s Master only, on a ship that shares the ship file (Officer Pro, the 14-day trial or a ship licence). Other crew do not see it.
Step by step

- Open "Checklists" and tap "Master’s crew board".
- Choose "By checklist" to see each ship checklist with its status; tap one to open its history.
- Choose "By person" to see each crew member’s records and signatures.
- Tap "Board PDF" to keep or send a copy.
Tips
- Failed items without a finding are the ones to chase: open the record and raise the finding, or ask the person who filled it in.
What the inspector looks for
- That routine checks are planned, done on time and followed up — the board PDF shows it on one page.
Limits and good to know
- Shows only ship checklists; personal checklists stay private to their owner.
- The board is built from the records on the Master’s phone; records from other phones appear once they have synced through our server.
